1. Services

Grayscale Media LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

Google Business Profile (GBP) setup & optimization

GBP management (monthly)

Review management

Local SEO services

All services are designed to help local businesses improve their online visibility and lead flow.


2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. One-time services must be paid in full before delivery begins.

Subscription services (e.g., GBP management) are billed monthly on a recurring basis.

You will receive an invoice or confirmation email after each successful payment.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your experience at Grayscale Media. That’s why we offer a no-risk refund policy:

• One-Time Services:

You may request a full or partial refund within 14 days of payment — even if work has begun. We'll review all requests fairly and with transparency.

• Monthly Services:

You can cancel at any time. If you’re unhappy with the service during your current billing cycle, contact us within 14 days of your last charge. We’ll either:

Issue a full refund, or Provide a prorated refund based on the services delivered up to that point. Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email to derek@grayscale-media.com. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel ongoing services (e.g., monthly management) at any time with written notice. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 7 days before your next renewal date. Send cancellation requests to: derek@grayscale-media.com


5. Dispute Policy

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Most issues can be quickly resolved with a conversation — and we’re always happy to make it right. In the event of a chargeback, all associated services will be paused immediately while the matter is reviewed.


6. Promotions & Limited Offers

Any discounts, promo codes, or limited-time pricing are subject to availability and may include additional terms at the time of the offer. We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time.


7. Export Restrictions

We currently serve only businesses based in the United States. We do not work with companies in OFAC-restricted countries or locations prohibited by U.S. law.


8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number to Grayscale Media LLC, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from us.
